Within one business day. Most messages get an answer the same day.
Do you offer custom pricing?
Yes. The RapidAPI plans are self-serve. For bulk exports, custom feeds, white-label, or enterprise SLAs we quote directly.
Can you cover a source we don't see?
Often, yes. If a source has accessible public data, we can usually onboard it within 1–3 weeks. Tell us what you need.
Is there a free way to evaluate?
Yes — the Basic plan on RapidAPI is free (25 requests/day) and exposes the full API surface. Use it to validate fit before talking pricing.
Do you sign DPAs / NDAs?
Yes for enterprise customers. Send the document with your enquiry and we'll review.
Where is the data hosted?
AWS Canada Central (ca-central-1). All processing and storage stays inside Canada.
